Buildouts are priced after the scope is clear. You receive the price and expected work before deciding whether to proceed.
Why application only?
Each buildout requires direct time from Omar, so availability and project fit both matter.
Remote or in person?
Remote by default, working in your actual systems. In-person intensives are possible when the project justifies it.
What if my idea is strong but my budget is not?
Say so in the application. Strong ideas can move to partnership structures: equity, revenue share, or hybrid.
